The food was excellent overall. The room was new-fashioned, excellent staff. Its location was great to the Main Dine Area. And I truly enjoyed that it was right by Canada, the restuarant and restaurants and shopping center.

New-fashioned and functional unit with a microwave, a refrigerator, and glassware. Very central location, super base for discovering Val-d'Or. Plus, 15 minutes drive from Carrefour du Nord Ouest.

My stay was excellent for a weekend. It had very central location close to Galerie Val d'or Shopping Mall. Besides, it was really close to the USA, restaurants and the restaurant and bar. The staff there were attentive and excellent.

The complimentary breakfast was a pleasant surprise and the hotel's central location made it convenient. The staff went above and beyond, providing exceptional service and assistance, especially for older guests with mobility challenges.

The room was clean, well laid out, and comfortable. We really appreciated the USB charging outlets in both the desk area and bedside tables. The climate control was excellent and the central location was convenient for exploring the area. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was outstanding. It was the best continental breakfast we've ever had, with someone always refilling each station. it was a superb stay and we would definitely book there again.

The restaurant here was good with very attentive staff, we both ordered excellent dishes. The bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable and the bathroom was luxurious. Very central location was a plus.
